A bachelor degree from any of the recognised university in any subject of branch of medical education / ayush
या/अथवा /OR
A Bachelor's Degree in any subject or branch of Technical education recognised by All India Conucil for Technical Education/Pharmacy Council of India/ Council of Architecture obtained from any of the recognised University/ Institutes which have not been unaccepted by the Government of Chhattisgarh, in case, if any kind of dispute arised out in the regard, the decision of the Department of Technical Education of the Government of Chhattisgarh shall be considered final.
Any of the recognised Universities or institutions means Universities or Educational institutions incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 (No. 3of 1956).
